We are truly honored and blessed to have had the opportunity to participate in the Oregon State Fair each year.
Minis from Washington, Oregon and California participate in this fair. Through hard work, lots of encouragement and support, we were able to get minis included, and now premium earning at this fair. It took three years of having a minimum number of goats and exhibitors to achieve this. We are indebted to the vision and support of our friend Chris Strickland. Because of her hard work we got the opportunity to have dual sanctioned shows at the fair.  We lost this wonderful woman to cancer this past summer and she is missed deeply.  In 2021 I had shoulder replacement and was unable to attend the fair, but our friends at Cherrywell Quillett showed Soaring Heart's goats, won GCH and RGCH and earned us this breeder award. This year, 2022, Soaring Heart's goats stood at the front of the line in most classes. The GCH lineup for senior does were almost all either Soaring Heart's does or daughter of a Soaring Heart's buck. Both GCH and RGCH were Soaring Heart's does.  We won the premier breeder award again! Taking full advantage of the scope of success this award indicates, we are claiming to be the Premier Breeder of Mini Nubians in the Pacific Northwest!
